Holly is a native of Bowling Green, MO.  She recently obtained her master`s degree in Health Education and Promotion at the University of Missouri.  Prior to entering graduate school, Holly completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri where she helped the Mizzou Track & Field Team win a Big 12 title as an NCAA All-American hammer thrower. Holly is recognized by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is also a certified EMT and a Boone County Volunteer Fire Fighter.
