Optimus Lifestyle Management Program

As a participant in the Optimus Lifestyle Management Program, you will receive an initial assessment followed by an individually tailored Personal Action Plan, skill-building educational materials, diaries to monitor your daily exercise and eating habits, one-on-one visits with your Lifestyle Health Coach, and reviews of progress toward your goals. Massage Therapy

Sports massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function more efficiently during training. Optimus offers Clinical Sports Massage–a “soft-tissue approach” to rehabilitation. Resting Metabolic Rate Study

This test determines how many calories a person expends to support basic bodily functions over a 24 hour period.

Exercise Metabolism Study

This test determines how much oxygen a person can use when performing exhaustive cardiovascular exercise and what heart rate zones would be optimal for them to improve cardiovascular fitness and performance.
