Group Classes

Optimus offers classes in disciplines such as yoga, tai chi, and dance.

Optimus Strength & Conditioning

Optimus Strength & Conditioning aims to increase athletic performance and quality of life through barbell based strength and power training and interval style conditioning methods.

Tai Chi

Slow mindful movements done in a sequence that bring about feelings of relaxation.  Tai Chi is considered an internal martial art, although it is most often practiced for its health benefits and meditative quality.

Yoga

We offer two yoga classes: Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. They are taught by our certified yoga instructors, Kate Walker and Linda Lutz.

Olympic Weightlifting

Optimus Olympic Weightifting is designed to improve technique, power and mobility in the Olympic Style lifts, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. For beginners to advanced weight lifters.

Optimus Mobility

Optimus Mobility is designed to help improve overall joint mobility and range of motion in the ankles, hips, knees, shoulders and trunk which enables more effective movement in everyday life. Classes generally run 45 minutes.

Dance Class

Dance Class is a fun, informal gathering of interested clients who choreograph and practice dance movements to music of their choice. (No certified instructor.)

Optimus Endurance

Optimus Endurance is a 60 minute class designed to help increase overall strength, muscle endurance, and power to help improve performance in all types of endurance.
