- As a participant in the Optimus Lifestyle Management Program, you will receive an initial assessment followed by an individually tailored Personal Action Plan, skill-building educational materials, diaries to monitor your daily exercise and eating habits, one-on-one visits with your Lifestyle Health Coach, and reviews of progress toward your goals.
